We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a Factoring Agreement with Ocean Bank. Under the terms of the Factoring Agreement, all present and future invoices will be assigned to Ocean Bank and will be payable to Ocean Bank.
Go Freight Hub has obtained the services of Ocean Bank as a partner in processing accounts receivable and as an additional source of working capital that allows us to better service our clients and continue to grow and accommodate the changes growth brings.
We respectfully ask that effective immediately you make your checks for payments of all Go Freight Hub invoices payable to Ocean Bank and that you mail the checks directly to Ocean Bank to the following address:

Please note that this is a continuing assignment under which the terms may not be changed or canceled without Ocean Bank’s written authorization.
By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of this notification and agree to the noted conditions. Additionally, you further agree to provide Ocean Bank with a written notice of any claims, disputes or returns that might affect prompt payment. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter by returning a signed copy of this letter to Ocean Bank at the above address.
